MODULAR SKID PACKAGES
Precision-engineered skid-mounted process systems. EPC-ready delivery with ASME/DNV certification. 30% faster project delivery vs. stick-built construction.
KEY ADVANTAGES
Why modular skid-mounted construction outperforms stick-built
FASTER DELIVERY
Parallel fabrication reduces project timeline by 30%. Shop-built modules ship while site prep continues.
CONTROLLED QUALITY
Indoor welding and NDT in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Consistent quality every unit.
PLUG & PLAY
Minimal on-site hookup required. Factory-tested modules arrive ready for connection at battery limits.
SAFETY FIRST
Reduces hazardous field man-hours. Less on-site hot work means fewer safety incidents.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions about modular skid-mounted packages
What types of equipment can be integrated into a modular skid?
We integrate a wide range of process equipment onto modular skids: compressor packages (screw, reciprocating), refrigeration systems, heat exchanger assemblies, pump stations, chemical injection systems, metering skids, and utility distribution modules. The key requirement is that the process can be factory-assembled, tested, and transported as a self-contained unit.
What are the size and weight limits for skid-mounted packages?
Standard road-transportable skids: up to 3.5m (W) × 4.5m (H) × 15m (L), with weights up to 40 tonnes. For larger assemblies, we design modular split-skids that bolt together on site. Oversize loads can be shipped via specialized transport or sea freight — we handle logistics planning as part of the project scope.
What are the advantages of skid-mounted vs. field-erected equipment?
Skid mounting reduces on-site construction time by 40–60%, improves quality control (factory environment vs. field conditions), enables full FAT before shipment, and reduces site safety incidents. The trade-off is transport size constraints and potentially higher upfront engineering cost, which is offset by faster time-to-production.
What standards do your skid packages comply with?
Structural steel: AISC/ASCE or EN 1993. Pressure equipment: ASME BPVC or PED 2014/68/EU. Piping: ASME B31.3. Electrical: IEC 61892 (offshore), IEC 60079 (hazardous areas), NEC/CEC (North America). We also comply with project-specific specifications and can accommodate DNV, BV, ABS, or LR classification requirements for marine/offshore applications.
Do you handle piping, electrical, and instrumentation integration?
Yes. Our scope includes mechanical assembly, process piping (welded and flanged), instrument tubing, cable routing and termination, junction boxes, and local control panels. We deliver a fully tested, ready-to-connect module. The scope boundary between our supply and client/EPC scope is defined in the battery limits document at project kickoff.
What testing is performed before shipment?
All skids undergo: hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure testing per code, piping leak testing, electrical continuity and insulation testing, instrument loop checks, and a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). For compressor/pump skids, we also perform mechanical running tests. FAT protocols are agreed with the client before execution, and third-party witness inspection is available.
