Lmart's Xia Han Named to Free Trade Zone Safety Expert Advisory Panel
During the launch of the 2026 Work Safety Month in the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, Lmart safety lead Xia Han was selected for the district's Work Safety Management Expert Advisory Panel.
On June 4, the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone held the launch ceremony for its 2026 Work Safety Month, together with the “Eliminate Hazards, Sharpen Emergency Response” safety-skills competition. This year marks China’s 25th national Work Safety Month, built around the theme “Everyone talks safety, everyone can respond — tackling risks and hidden hazards.” Leaders of the Zone administrative committee, functional departments, key enterprises and emergency-volunteer teams attended. On the strength of solid professional knowledge and a strong showing in the competition, Lmart’s Xia Han was selected for the Zone’s Work Safety Management Expert Advisory Panel.
An expert panel built on certified safety engineers
The advisory panel is formed around the district’s registered safety engineers, bringing together specialists in hazard inspection, safety control and emergency response. It provides ongoing technical support for local safety supervision and hazard treatment, helps enterprises reduce safety risk, and builds a collaborative, multi-party safety-governance system.
Recognition earned on the frontline
Xia Han’s selection reflects both his own professional strength and Lmart’s steady investment in developing safety talent. As a core member of the company’s safety-management team, he adheres closely to work-safety policy, focuses on frontline management, and has steadily built experience in hazard inspection and risk control — capabilities that were on full display in the competition.
Going forward, Xia Han will work alongside the panel’s experts on district-level safety reviews, risk assessment, targeted inspections and emergency drills.
